We’re excited to welcome you to the neighbourhood of Pinnacle Estates. Our housewarming gift for your new home is a new tree and three (3) new shrubs - chosen by you! As a new resident of the community, we’ve partnered with Branched Out Nursery to provide you with a beautiful tree and three shrubs for your home. Branched Out Nursery will deliver, plant, and fertilize the selected tree. To receive your complimentary tree, contact or visit:

PLANT CARE
After the delivery of your tree and shrubs, and upon completion of planting, it’s important to follow these steps to care for your new tree. For your trees and shrubs to grow and look their best:
For trees:
For the first two weeks, please water each tree thoroughly each day Continue watering 3-4x/week for another two weeks After a month, the tree should be well established. Continue to water 2x/week to ensure strong and healthy growth
For shrubs:
Water daily for the first week after planting Continue watering 2–3x/week for the next 3–4 weeks Once established (after about a month), water 1–2x/week depending on rainfall and soil conditions Shrubs may also benefit from a light layer of mulch to help retain moisture and suppress weeds
REQUIREMENTS
Lot grading certificate is required prior to the selection of tree or shrubs Trees and shrubs are for front yard landscaping only Branched Out Nursery is responsible for utility location prior to work
WARRANTY
All trees and shrubs are warranted until the end of the growing season. At that time all plantings are inspected to ensure that specific standards are met for health and growth. If concerns arise at that time, a re-inspection date will be set for the following spring. If the tree or shrubs is deemed to be unhealthy by the re-inspection date, Branched Out Nursery will replace the tree at no cost to the homeowner.
The warranty does not cover negligence and if a tree is unhealthy due to lack of water or any other type of maltreatment, Branched Out Nursery is not responsible for replacement.
